1. Introduction

Welcome to Websoftera Pvt Ltd’s Full Stack Development Course. By enrolling in our course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Course Enrollment & Fee Structure

• The total course fee is ₹5,000/-.
• 90% of the fee will be refunded if the student does not secure a job within 9 months after completing the course, subject to the terms below.
• The remaining ₹500 is non-refundable and covers administrative and training costs.
• The fee must be paid in full before the course starts to confirm enrollment.

3. Refund Policy (Job Guarantee Terms)

We offer a 90% refund under the job guarantee program, provided that:

1. The student completes 100% of the course, assignments, and projects.
2. The student must not miss more than 15 classes. If absent due to medical reasons, a doctor’s prescription is required.
3. All weekly assignments must be submitted on time. Missing even one assignment makes the student ineligible for a refund.
4. The student must actively apply for jobs, attend interviews, and follow career guidance sessions provided by Websoftera.
5. If a student rejects a valid job offer provided by Websoftera or external recruiters, the refund policy will be void.
6. The student must pass at least one technical mock interview conducted by Websoftera.

Refund Process:

• Students must submit a refund request within 30 days after the 9-month job search period.
• If eligible, the refund will be processed within 60 days from the request date.

4. Attendance & Class Rules

• Students must attend at least 85% of the classes.
• A maximum of 15 absences is allowed. If absent due to medical reasons, a valid medical certificate is required.
• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes late) will be marked as half-absent.

5. Assignments & Projects

• Weekly assignments are mandatory and must be submitted before deadlines.
• Final capstone projects must be completed for certification and refund eligibility.
• Plagiarism in assignments or projects will result in immediate disqualification from the refund policy.

6. Placement Assistance & Job Search

• Websoftera provides job assistance, mock interviews, resume building, and referrals.
• Students must actively participate in job interviews and placement sessions.
• Students must create a LinkedIn & GitHub profile to showcase their work.
• If a student gets placed through Websoftera and leaves the job voluntarily, they are not eligible for a refund.

7. Course Certification & Internship

• Students completing the course with at least 85% attendance and all assignments submitted will receive a Full Stack Development Certificate.
• Selected students may be offered a 3-month unpaid internship at Websoftera for further experience.

8. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professional behavior and respect instructors and peers.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior may lead to expulsion without refund.
• Websoftera reserves the right to suspend or remove students violating these policies.

9. Technical Requirements

• Students must have a working laptop or desktop with internet access.
• Recommended: Windows/Mac/Linux OS, 8GB+ RAM, and a webcam for online sessions.

10. Course Updates & Modifications

• Websoftera reserves the right to update the curriculum, schedule, or instructors as needed.
• Any changes will be communicated in advance.

11. Liability Disclaimer

• Websoftera is not responsible for job placements beyond the job assistance and refund policy terms.
• The job guarantee does not cover students who reject job offers or fail to complete the course.
